Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Move and Store, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The service
Move and Store (operated by Xiza ltd, a company registered in England and Wales) provides quoting, booking, payment processing, storage management, and CRM tools for removals and self-storage businesses (“the Service”).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Move and Store only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to process payments for illegal goods or services.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform without authorisation.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another business or individual within the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legitimate business to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Payments and fees
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Scale) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are displayed on our Pricing page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
An application fee is charged on each payment processed through the platform (5% on Free, 2% on Pro, 0.5% on Scale). This fee is deducted from each transaction. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately and are set by Stripe.
All fees are in GBP. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at misha@moveandstore.app and we will investigate promptly.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Move and Store platform (software, design, branding, documentation) belongs to Xiza ltd. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform (customer records, quotes, documents). You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to deliver the Service.
8. Your data and portability
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you may request an export of your account data (quotes, customers, jobs) within 90 days of cancellation. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
Move and Store is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xiza ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at misha@moveandstore.app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
